On Being Lucky
If there's one thing I've learned about life so far its that it is difficult being the "lucky girl" who is never really lucky. I wake each morning and I can only smile for the rest of the world because I am locked in this small town hoping everyone else has a good day and when they don't I am always willing to give them mine. I could spend every day hoping for things I won't ever have but I would rather be realistic. My hope, love and wisdom are the only componets I have left. I must use them. You all must use yours. I have to move on no matter how heavy the chains around my ankels are. I will drag them with me and help you with yours as well. There's no weight that is too much. We all have to walk the path of life and at the end of that path there is death but in the meantime there's no path more dangerous than the other. all paths are dangerous but find yours anyway and stay on it...
